Company warranty policy:
Customers should carefully check the product upon receipt. Products delivered to customers will be accompanied by the warranty card and on the slip with the date of purchase, the warranty period in accordance with the warranty of the company.
– Warranty must have a warranty card and remain in warranty.
– The damage must be the fault of the manufacturer.
Condition is not guaranteed:
– Customer damage caused scratches, wet ….
– Damage caused by fire, insect bite, preserved in moist wet environment.
– There is no warranty for accessories such as gift products attached to the promotion.
– All products are covered under warranty for free during warranty period.
– New products purchased within 7 days will be changed to 1, or full refund immediately if the inspection of the goods damaged due to manufacturer’s fault.
– Warranty time is 1-2 days from the date of receipt and may be resolved sooner or later on a case by case basis.
